Surrounded by an extensive park with centenary trees, the two-storied Villa offers, on the piano nobile, large rooms, a dining room, and 6 spacious bedrooms with bathrooms. In addition, there is a swimming pool, tennis court, and table tennis (ping pong), while in the basement is the Spalletti family's historic winecellar, with impressive large oak ovals where the wines mature before being bottled and the library of older vintages, some close to a century old. It is possible to rent the villa in the summer months, for a minimum of one week. The rental contract includes daily cooking and cleaning staff.
